摘要
随着工程建设领域的快速发展和建设模式的转变,工程总承包已成为勘察设计企业业务转型的首选模式。通过研究探索自主设计开发了总承包项目管理信息系统,对某总承包项目的应用表明,该系统具有过程可视化、工作协同化、管理精细化、信息共享化、决策科学化的显著优势,在总承包项目实施阶段的过程管理中发挥了良好的作用。
With the rapid development of the engineering construction industry and the transformation of construction modes, EPC mode has become the most preferred one for survey and design enterprises.A management information system for EPC projects is developed.Practical application shows that the system is of remarkable advantages such as the visualization of construction process, work collaboration, refined management, information sharing and scientific decision-making, which plays an important role in the process management of EPC projects during the implementation phase.
