摘要
为使阻抗稳定网络有效溯源并形成切实可行的校准方法,保证仪表测量数据准确可靠,提出阻抗稳定网络电压分压系数、共模阻抗和相角、去耦合衰减及纵向转换损耗4个主要技术指标的校准方法。依据该测量方法,所得结果符合GB 9254-2008《信息技术设备的无线电骚扰限值和测量方法》中规定的典型值和范围。
In order to make the impedance stability network(ISN) effective traceability and form a feasible calibration method to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the instrument measurement data, in this paper, the calibration method of the main technical indexes for ISN including the voltage division coefficient, common-mode impedance and phase angle, decoupling attenuation, longitudinal conversion loss is put forward. The measurement results meet the typical values of Information technology equipment-Radio disturbance characteristics-Limits and methods of measurement(CISPR 22:2006).
