摘要
井下近矿体帷幕注浆技术是近年发展起来的矿山防治水新技术,该技术在平原地区的大水金属矿山已得到成功地应用,但尚未在高原地区的大水金属矿山运用。以内蒙古黄岗铁矿为例,介绍了井下近矿体帷幕注浆技术首次在高原地区大水金属矿山的成功应用,通过实施帷幕工程后,堵水率达80%以上,每年为矿山节约将近1280万元的排水费用。
The technology of underground curtain grouting near ore body is a new mine water control technology developed in recent years. The technology has been successfully applied in metal mines with rich water in plain areas, but it has not yet been applied in metal mines with rich water in high plateau. Huanggang pyrite in Inner Mongolia is taken as an example, this paper introduces the successful application of underground curtain grouting near ore body for the first time in metal mines with rich water in high plateau. After the implementation of the curtain project, the water plugging rate is over 80%, and nearly 12.8 million Yuan of drainage cost is saved for mines every year.
