摘要
根据超薄冷轧低碳钢带的技术要求,对炼钢化学成分进行控制,对热轧工艺参数进行优化,对六辊HC冷轧机的AGC工艺控制系统进行升级改造。通过研究退火工艺对组织的演变规律,对退火工艺进行优化,对四辊平整机APC控制系统进行升级改造及工艺优化,保证了产品的板形质量、表面质量、厚度精度及物理性能的均匀性,成功开发出了超薄冷轧低碳钢带。
According to the technical requirements of ultra-thin cold rolled low carbon steel strip, the chemical composition of steelmaking is controlled, the hot rolling process parameters are optimized, and the AGC process control system of six-roll HC cold rolling mill is upgraded. Through the study of annealing process on the evolution of structure, optimization of annealing process, upgrading and process optimization of APC control system of four-roll temper mill, the uniformity of shape quality, surface quality, thickness accuracy and physical properties of products was ensured, and ultra-thin cold rolled low carbon steel strip was successfully developed.
