摘要
介绍了莱钢型钢炼铁厂1#1880m^3高炉无计划停煤的经过、停煤前的炉况基础、恢复过程及采取的措施,特别是对补煤的数量进行了计算,并对炉况恢复经验进行了归纳总结,提出了高炉炉凉的处理思路。
This paper introduces the process of Unplanned coal shutdown of No. 1 BF, the basis of furnace condition before coal shutdown, the process of recovery and the ways adopted, especially the calculation of the quantity of coal supplement, summarizes the experience of furnace condition recovery and puts forward the treatment ideas of furnace cooling in Laiwu Steel Section Iron and Steel Works.
