摘要
飞机耳片槽作为飞机接头类零件中的重要零件,在实际加工中经常出现变形现象。工艺参数对耳片变形及表面质量有重要影响。设计正交切削试验,对表面粗糙度、振动加速度幅值和表面残余应力进行极差分析,得出了铣削参数对上述三种指标的影响规律。试验刀具采用焊接T型刀,工件材料选用7050-T7451铝合金。研究表明,当主轴转速为125r/min、每齿进给量为0.02mm、轴向切深为0.1mm、径向切宽为20mm时,工件表面质量较好;获得了铣削参数对X方向和Y方向振动加速度因素的主次顺序;加工表面的残余应力均为残余压应力,进给方向的表面残余应力大于垂直于进给方向的表面残余应力。
Aircraft ear groove is an important part of aircraft joints.In actual processing,deformation often occurs.The process parameters have an important impact on the deformation and surface quality of the ear.The welding T-knife commonly used in the engineering environment is used as the test tool,and the test material,i.e.the workpiece material,is aluminum alloy 7050-T7451.Orthogonal cutting experiments are designed to analyze the range of surface roughness,vibration acceleration amplitude and surface residual stress,and the influence of milling parameters on the above three indicators is obtained.The results show that when the cutting parameters are spindle speed 125r/min,feed per tooth 0.02mm,axial cutting depth 0.1mm and radial cutting width 20mm,the surface quality of the workpiece is better;the primary and secondary order of the milling parameters to the X and Y direction vibration acceleration factors is obtained;the residual stress of the machined surface is residual compressive stress,and the surface residual stress of the feed direction is greater than that of the vertical feed direction.
