摘要
深圳地铁9号线全线盾构区间于2013年开始采用预埋滑槽新技术,为国内引进预埋技术的首条线路.该技术得到了相关专家的认可,在9号线的应用也很成功.但当时国内的滑槽厂家也是第一次生产滑槽产品,在产品的制作、防腐、运输和安装方面存在经验不足的现象,导致在地铁运营后部分滑槽存在生锈问题.本文介绍了两种生锈处理方案,以及生锈的处理结果,希望对类似的生锈处理问题提供一定的借鉴作用.
The new pre-embedded conduit technology was used in Shenzhen Metro Line 9 since 2013, and Metro Line 9 is the first line which introduced the pre-embedded technology. This technology was approved by related experts and was applied successfully in Line 9. But this was the first time for the civil conduit manufacturing plant to produce conduits, and there was not enough experience in the products manufacturing, anticorrosion, transportation and installation, which led to the problem of erosion of some conduits after the operation the metro Line 9. This article introduces two kinds of erosion solution and the results which is hoped to provide some reference effect for the similar erosion problems.
