摘要
移动社交网络(微信)在工作场合的使用日益广泛,不同人群对微信使用的习惯和态度存在差异.挖掘这些差异性对于了解员工对移动社交网络的使用具有重要意义.本研究选择杭州五家星级酒店的员工为研究对象,根据其性别、婚姻状况、年龄等6项人口统计学变量进行分组,采用问卷调研法及SPSS统计分析法中的T检验,ANOVA检验及相关分析,探究不同组别员工微信使用习惯的差异性.结果表明,人口统计学特征的差别确会带来微信使用习惯的差异.
Mobile social network (WeChat) is increasingly used in the workplace, and there are differences in the habits and attitudes of different people on WeChat. Mining these differences is important to understand the use of mobile social networks by employees. This study selected the employees of five star-rated hotels in Hangzhou as the research object, grouped according to their demographic, marital status, age and other six demographic variables, using the questionnaire survey method and T test in SPSS statistical analysis, ANOVA test and correlation analysis to explore the differences in the usage habits of WeChat among different groups of employees. The results show that differences in demographic characteristics do lead to differences in WeChat habits.
