摘要
受到国际贸易摩擦、国内经济增长放缓、劳动力成本上升和资源与环境收紧等因素的影响,近两年淄博市经济发展增长放缓.究其根本是淄博市重化工业较重,产业结构不合理,产品附加值不高.因此,在新旧动能转化背景下,如何推动淄博市重化工业,特别是化工产业(占据淄博市半壁江山)转型升级,为城市发展注入新鲜血液,促进企业和经济的进一步发展,是一个亟需解决的大问题.为此,本文提出了淄博市化工产业的转型升级和新旧动能转化的路径:加大战略性新兴化工产业投资、促进一、二、三化工业融合发展、优化淄博市重点行业等.
Affected by factors such as international trade friction, slowing domestic economic growth, rising labor costs, and tightening of resources and the environment, the economic growth of Zibo City has slowed down in the past two years. The fundamental reason is that the heavy chemical industry in Zibo City is heavier, the industrial structure is unreasonable, and the added value of products is not high. Therefore, under the background of the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, how to promote the heavy chemical industry in Zibo City, especially the chemical industry (occupying half of Zibo City) transformation and upgrading, injecting fresh blood into urban development and promoting the further development of enterprises and economy is an urgent need to solve Big problem. To this end, this paper proposes the transformation and upgrading of Zibo's chemical industry and the path of new and old kinetic energy transformation: increase strategic emerging chemical industry investment, promote the integration of the first, second and third chemical industries, and optimize key industries in Zibo City.
