摘要
为了研究AlH3对固体推进剂安全性能及成药性能的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了不同批次AlH3的表面形貌,使用激光粒度分析仪测试了不同批次AlH3的颗粒粒度,利用落锤撞击感度仪测试了含不同批次AlH3固体推进剂的撞击感度。结果表明,不同批次AlH3的表面形貌差异很大,即不同批次AlH3的品质不同;AlH3的品质影响AlH3固体推进剂的安全性能,而AlH3的粒度则在一定程度上影响着AlH3固体推进剂的成药性能。
In order to study the effect of AlH 3 on safety performance and curing property of solid propellant,the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has been used to observe the surface morphology of particles.The particle size of AlH 3 prepared in different batches has been determined by Laser particle size analyzer.Making use of drop hammer machine,the impact sensitivity of solid propellant containing AlH 3 from different batches has been evaluated.The results show that the surface morphology of particles has large difference among batches,which is due to the difference in crystal quality.The crystal quality of AlH 3 would greatly affect the safety,while the curing property of solid propellant is affected by particle size of AlH 3.
