摘要
目的探析口服避孕药与来曲唑联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果和价值。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月间我院接收的多囊卵巢综合征患者72例,按照随机数字的方式,将其分为对照组和观察组各36例。对照组采用单纯妈富隆治疗,观察组采用妈富隆联合来曲唑治疗,对比两种治疗方法的应用效果。结果治疗后,观察组排卵期及黄体期内的LH、E2、P三项性激素水平指标均高于对照组,同时其排卵率及妊娠率也高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对多囊卵巢综合征患者采用妈富隆联合来曲唑治疗,可得到较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective to exPlore the clinical effect and value of combination of oral contracePtives with the treatment of Polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods between February 2015-February 2015,our hosPital 72 cases of Patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome,according to the random number,it can be divided into control grouP and observation grouP(n=36).The control grouP was treated by the simPle mother fulong,and the grouP was treated by the mother fuelong,comPared to the two treatment methods.Results after treatment,the observation grouP of ovulation and corPus luteum Period three sex hormone levels of LH,E2 and P index are higher than the control grouP,at the same time,the ovulation rate and Pregnancy rate is higher than that of control grouP,difference between the two grouPs was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of Patients with Polycystic ovary syndrome(Polycystic ovary syndrome)is a good treatment,and it deserves clinical extension and aPPlication.
