摘要
本研究分析了MyoG基因在藏鸡胸肌及腿肌中的表达情况以及MyoG基因表达与藏鸡生长性状、屠宰性状间的相关性,旨在阐明MyoG基因在藏鸡生长发育过程中发挥的重要作用。结果显示,119、154、210日龄雄性藏鸡MyoG基因在胸肌和腿肌表达有显著差异,119日龄雌性藏鸡MyoG基因在胸肌和腿肌间表达差异显著。除了在雄性鸡胸肌中MyoG基因表达与胫围存在相关关系,与其余的生长性状均无显著相关。研究结果提示,MyoG基因在藏鸡肌肉生长发育过程中起到了举足轻重的作用,为提高藏鸡经济效益提供了重要的理论基础。
The MyoG gene is an important member of the myogenic regulatory factor, which is involved in the regulation of the expression of multiple genes. This study analyzed the expression of MyoG gene in breast muscle and leg muscle of Tibetan chicken, and the correlation between MyoG gene expression and growth traits and slaughter traits of Tibetan chicken. The aim is to elucidate the important role played by the MyoG gene in the growth and development of Tibetan chickens. The results showed that the MyoG gene of 119, 154, 210-day-old male Tibetan chickens had significant differences in expression of the chest muscles and leg muscles. The MyoG gene of 119-day-old female Tibetan chickens was significantly different between the chest muscles and the leg muscles. There was no significant correlation between the expression of MyoG gene and the circumference of the cock's chest muscle. The results suggest that MyoG gene plays an important role in the growth and development of Tibetan chicken muscle, and provides an important theoretical basis for the improvement of meat quality and breeding of Tibetan .
