摘要
目的:探讨改良冠脉结扎术制备大鼠慢性心衰模型。方法:取66只SD大鼠进行研究,将其随机分为两组,13只作为假手术组,只穿线不结扎;另53只大鼠作为手术组,予以改良冠状结扎术处理;6周后,对两组大鼠情况进行比较。结果:手术组大鼠存活率为84.9%,假手术组大鼠存活率为92.3%;心电图情况比较,手术组大鼠可见心电图ST段明显抬高;且两组大鼠比较左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)、最大上升速率(+dp/dtmax)及最大下降速率(-dp/dtmax)均存在明显差异。结论:改良冠脉结扎术可为慢性心衰模型制备提供有效条件。
Objectives: To explore the model of chronic heart failure in rats by modified coronary ligation. Methods: Sixty-six Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups, 13 were used as sham-operated group, and only Threading was not ligated. Another 53 rats were treated as modified group with modified coronary ligation. After 6 weeks, the two groups of rats were compared. Results: The survival rate of the rats in the operation group was 84.9%, and the survival rate of the rats in the sham operation group was 92.3%. Compared with the electrocardiogram, the ST segment of the electrocardiogram was elevated tomorrow, and the left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) was compared between the two groups. Left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), maximum ascending rate (+dp/dtmax) and large descending rate (-dp/dtmax) were significantly different. Conclusions: Improved coronary ligation can promote the survival rate of postoperative rats, which can provide effective conditions for the preparation of chronic heart failure model.
