钙浓度对聚谷氨酸合成通路中α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶的表达调控

摘要 本文研究了钙离子在纳豆芽孢杆菌HSF1410发酵聚谷氨酸过程中对α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶调控机制。实验发现,随着发酵液中添加钙离子浓度不断增大,ogdh基因转录水平也逐渐提高,进而提高酶表达量、增强酶活、提高聚谷氨酸产量。本实验为下一步从分子生物学角度研究聚谷氨酸合成途径与调节机制提供思路。 To analyze the regulatory mechanism of Ca^2+ on OGDH, poly-γ-glutamic acid (γ-PGA) synthesis in Bacillus nattoHSF 1410. The experiment found that when increased the concentration of calcium, the expression abundance of ogdhgene had also increased, and it significant effect on the field of γ-PGA in ture. These experimental date could point the way for further research into the regulation mechanins of γ-PGA synthesis.
