摘要
目的:摸索华盖散制剂中关键成分橙皮苷含量测定的方法,提供华盖散制剂的质量控制实验依据。方法:本研究采用高效液相色谱法。结果:该方法的主要成分的峰面积和质量浓度之间的线性关系良好,r大于0.999,精密度,稳定性符合要求,平均加样回收率99.8%~100.1%,RSD小于0.1%,橙皮苷的检测限为0.004372μg/mL,定量限为0.01734μg/mL。结论:本文建立了华盖散的HPLC主要成分橙皮苷含量测定方法,可以为华盖散质量控制提供实验依据参考。
Objective: To developa method for determination of Hesperidin in Huagaisangranules,provide experimental basis for quality control of Huagaisan granules. Method:In this study, high performance liquid chromatography was used. Results:The precision and stability of the method meet the requirements. The linear relationship between peak area and mass concentration of main components is good, R is greater than 0.999. The average recovery of sample addition is99.8%~ 100.1%, RSD is less than 0.1%, the detection limit of Hesperidin is 0.005483 μg/mL, and the quantitative limit is 0.01845 μg/mL.Conclusion: A method for determination of hesperidin in Huagaisan by HPLC was established, which can provide experimental basis for quality control of Huagaisan.
