摘要
社会力量举办的校外艺术教育拓宽了社会美育资源进入教育领域的途径,丰富和发展艺术教育资源总量,满足青少年多样化、个性化教育需求。但社会力量举办的校外艺术教育缺乏必要的政策法律的顶层设计,存在公益性与营利性、教育性与经营性、社会参与与规范管理的体制机制矛盾。为充分引进和利用社会力量开展校外艺术教育,规范校外艺术教育的社会提供途径和行为,需要其纳入艺术教育及美育工作体系,制定相应的政策与规章,加强社会力量举办的校外艺术教育与学校艺术教育及政府举办的校外艺术教育的互动互联、沟通协作、实现统筹发展、和谐发展。
Out-of-school art education organized by social force had broadened the way for social aesthetic education resources to enter the field of education,enriched and developed the total amount of art education resources,and met the diversified and personalized educational needs of teenagers.However,the out-of-school art education organized by social forces lacks necessary top-level design of policies,existing contradictions between public welfare and profitability,education and business,social participation and standardized management.In order to full introduction and use of social forces and standardize the ways of society provide,it is necessary to put the out-of-school art education into art and aesthetic education system,formulate policy making and enhance the interaction and cooperation between school art education and out-of-school art education organized by the government,finally realize a overall and harmonious development.
