摘要
将3-RSR构型并联机构应用于天线领域,结合天线俯仰、方位运动的需求,以及3-RSR构型并联机构的特性进行结构设计。考虑天线受力工况,计算极限风力下天线的风载荷,并对所设计的3-RSR构型天线并联机构进行有限元仿真,绘制变形与应力云图。拟合受载变形前后的过渡件平面,计算天线的指向精度,进而对天线模态进行分析,得到前十二阶固有频率与振型。所做研究对少自由度天线并联机构的研制具有参考价值。
In combination with the requirements of antenna pitch and azimuth motion and with the characteristics of the 3-RSR configuration parallel mechanism,the structure of the 3-RSR configuration parallel mechanism was designed,and the 3-RSR configuration parallel mechanism was applied to the antenna field.Considering the stress condition of the antenna,the wind load of the antenna under the extreme wind power was calculated,and finite element simulation on the designed 3-RSR configuration antenna parallel mechanism was conducted to draw the deformation and stress cloud map.The plane of the transition piece before and after the deformation was fitted,the pointing accuracy of the antenna was calculated,and then the antenna mode was analyzed to obtain the first 12 order natural frequencies and vibration modes.The research done has reference value for the development of parallel mechanism in the antenna with less DOF.
