摘要
零部件设计是飞机设计的基础,标准化的民用飞机零部件设计有利于提高设计效率,便于智能纠错.根据民用飞机零部件的设计现状和特点,从流程标准化、设计参数化、结构分类化、紧固件可视化等方面提出了标准化设计策略.同时,通过国外标准转化,以及专利与科研成果转化方法,提出民用飞机零部件设计标准发展思路.基于标准化的民用飞机零部件设计策略已应用于国内民用飞机设计中,取得了一定效益.
Component design is the basis of aircraft design.Standardized design of civil aircraft component should be in favor of enhancement of design efficiency and facilitate intelligent error correction.According to the present status and features in design of civil aircraft components,a standardized design strategy was proposed from the aspects of process standardization,design parameterization,structure classification and fastener visualization.At the same time,through the transformation of foreign standards,as well as the transformation of patents and scientific research results,the development ideas on design criteria of civil aircraft components were proposed.The design strategy for civil aircraft components based on standardization has been applied to the design of domestic civil aircraft and has achieved certain benefits.
