摘要 煤层气井要求稳定排水降压产气,精确获取井底流压是稳定排水降压产气的前提.介绍了基于示功图确定煤层气井井底流压的方法,这一方法通过测试煤层气井悬点示功图获得井下泵示功图,依据泵与抽油杆连接点处的受力平衡,计算得到井底流压.建立了数学模型,采用TS45-02试验井的生产参数,通过所介绍的方法得到了井底流压值.所得到的煤层气井井底流压值与实测数据吻合,验证了所介绍方法的正确性. CBM wells require stable drainage&pressure reduction for gas production,and accurate acquisition of bottomhole flow pressure is a prerequisite for gas production via stable drainage and pressure reduction.A method for determining bottomhole producing pressure of CBM well based on indicator diagram was introduced.This method obtains the indicator diagram of the downhole pump by testing indicator diagram at the suspension center of the CBM well,and calculates the bottom hole flow pressure according to the stress balance at the connection point between the pump and the sucker rod.A mathematical model was established,and the production parameters of the TS45-02 test well were used.The downhole flow pressure value was obtained by the method described.The bottom flow pressure value of the CBM well obtained is in agreement with the measured data,and the correctness of the proposed method is verified.
