摘要
列车在铁路中间站停车后需进行车辆防溜,以保证作业安全,而铁鞋是车辆防溜的主要手段。近年来推出的智能铁鞋在传统机械式铁鞋基础上增加了传感器、控制器、无线网络等模块,构成智能防溜终端,其中降低终端功耗、延长终端一次性电池使用寿命已成为制约智能铁鞋推广应用的关键所在。从传感器电源开关控制、网络异常情况下网络搜索时间自动调整等方面阐述了智能防溜终端的低功耗设计方法。经现场应用测试,完全达到使用要求。
Braking device is an important tool to ensure the safety of railway operation after a train stops at railway intermediate stations,and braking shoes are the main means in this situation.Intelligent braking shoes,based on traditional ones,are composed of sensors,controllers and network modules.This paper presents a low power design method which includes power supply switch control and the time adjustment to access wireless network,etc.The real industrial tests demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
