摘要
阐述了煤炭过粉碎对选煤厂经济效益的影响,介绍了煤炭在洗选加工过程中存在过粉碎的工艺环节,并主要分析了破碎、筛分、运输转载、入仓环节中降低煤炭过粉碎率的技术措施,为选煤厂的设计或改造提供相关的借鉴经验。
The paper starts with an elaboration on the adverse effect of coal overcrushing on economic performance of coal preparation plants, and then goes to introduce the process links in coal cleaning operations that may cause overcrushing of coal. The technical measures for avoiding overcrushing of coal especially at the coal crushing, screening, handling and transfer, and bunker loading links are proposed. The measures proposed may serve as a reference for the design and renovation of coal preparation plants.
