摘要
讨论了发泡倍率、铝膜、湿度、阻燃剂对IXPE保温材料导热系数的影响。结果表明:随着发泡倍率的增加,IXPE保温材料的孔径变大,导热系数呈下降趋势;IXPE保温材料的导热系数受贴铝膜的影响很小,其导热系数会因贴铝膜而略有增加,但变化不大;在相同发泡倍率下,IXPE保温材料导热系数随环境湿度的变化不大,会随着湿度的增加略微有所升高;随着阻燃剂添加量的增加,IXPE保温材料导热系数呈上升趋势,且升幅在10%以内。
The effects of foaming ratio,aluminum film,humidity and flame retardant on thermal conductivity of IXPE insulation material were discussed.The results showed that:with the increase of foaming ratio,the pore size of IXPE thermal insulation material increases,and the thermal conductivity decreases;the thermal conductivity of IXPE thermal insulation material is little affected by the pasting of aluminum film,and its thermal conductivity will increase slightly due to the pasting of aluminum film,but it does not change much;under the same foaming ratio,the thermal conductivity of IXPE insulation material does not change much with the humidity of the environment,and it will increase slightly with the increase of humidity;with the increase of flame retardant content,the thermal conductivity of IXPE thermal insulation material is on the rise,and the increase is within 10%.
