摘要
介绍了立切工艺及其缺陷即刃口切入量大、易磨损,零件断面质量差,刃口使用寿命短,立切刃口磨损大的主要原因是刃口设计角度与刃口受热膨胀使相对间隙减小,通过研究分析制定了相应标准。在定值角度优化方案的基础上,变值角度方案可以进一步优化刃口的最大切入量,减少刃口的磨损量,同时通过对焊材成份元素的分析,发现含有V和Mo元素的焊条适用于立切刃口,因其强度、硬度高且热应力小,可避免因刃口受热膨胀而增加磨损量的现象。
The vertical cutting process and its defects that large cutting edge approach and easily worn,which result in worsen the quality of product cross-section and shorten the service life of cutting edge.The main reasons of the large wear of vertical cutting edge were the design angle of die edge and the reduction of relative clearance by thermal expansion of cutting edge.The corresponding standards were formulated in these two aspects after research and analysis.On the basis of the conventional fixed angle optimization scheme,the variable angle scheme could optimize the maximum cut-in value of the cutting edge and reduce the wear extent of the cutting edge.Through the analysis of the composition elements of the welding material,it was found that the electrode containing V and Mo elements was suitable for vertical cutting edge.Because of its high strength,hardness and low thermal stress,the phenomenon of increasing wear due to expansion could be prevented.
