摘要
BIM在建筑行业的应用非常广泛。关于它的概念,一般情况下是以美国的标准定义的:BIM它其实相当于一个知识库、资源库,是一个关于建设项目和功能特性的数字表达,一个设施从刚开始的概念阶段到最后的拆除,在这期间所做的所有决策BIM都可以为其提供一定的根据,当项目进展到不同的阶段时,参与方可以在其中直接修改或者插入相关信息以反映各自不同的角色以及任务,使各参与方能够协同作业。
