摘要
随着石油行业的发展,对铁钻工的轻便化、智能化提出更高的要求。文中通过分析钻井工艺对铁钻工的要求,设计一种型材结构的轻便型、混合驱动实现自动控制的智能化铁钻工,在分析优化机械结构的基础上,利用试验调试确定优化控制参数及程序代码,通过设备研制和优化,满足钻、修机对井口工具自动化需求。
With the development of oil industry, the lightness and intelligence of iron drilling industry are put forward higher requirements. In this paper, by analyzing the requirements of drilling technology for iron drillers, a kind of intelligent iron drillers with profile structure and hybrid drive to realize automatic control is designed. On the basis of analyzing and optimizing the mechanical structure, The optimal control parameters and program codes are determined by test and debugging, and the automation requirements of wellhead tools for drilling and repairing machines are met through the development and optimization of equipment.
