摘要
针对悬臂式掘进机截割过程中出现的力纷争现象,开展基于刚柔耦合的截割协同仿真分析,将悬臂式掘进机回转台柔性化处理,将一维的液压系统仿真模型和三维的机构仿真模型及三维结构仿真模型结合,仿真能更加准确地反映真实系统的运动和受力状态,为掘进机截割部设计与优化提供有效参考依据。
Force disputing is appearing in the cutting operation of cantilever roadheader.Carry out simulation analysis of cutting cooperation based on rigid-flexible coupling.Turning flat of cantilever roadheader was acting as flexibility,hydraulic simulation,framework simulation and configuration simulation were integrating together.The simulation can deduce the action and press accurately.It is useful for the design and optimization of cutting boom of roadheader.
