基于分形路径粉末等离子喷焊层的组织与硬度

Microstructure and Hardness of Powder Plasma Spray Welding Coating Based on Fractal Path

摘要 采用粉末等离子喷焊工艺对热锻模表面进行修复与再制造,可大幅提高热锻模的使用寿命与经济性。鉴于粉末等离子喷焊层的组织和性能不均匀问题,采用S形路径和Hilbert分形路径对镍基合金粉末等离子喷焊工艺进行了研究,比较了两种路径对镍基合金等离子喷焊覆层的金相组织与硬度的影响。结果表明,与S形路径相比,Hilbert分形路径下的喷焊层组织更加一致,晶粒尺寸更加均匀,显微硬度差别更小。 The repair and remanufacturing of hot forging die surface were carried out by powder plasma spray welding process, which can greatly improve the service life and economy of hot forging die. In view of the asymmetrical problem of microstrcture and property of powder plasma spray coating,the S shape path and Hilbert fractal path were used to study the plasma spray welding process of nickel-based alloy powders. The effects of the two paths on the microstructure and hardness of nickel-based alloy plasma spray welding coating were compared. The results show that compared with S shape path,the microstrcuture of the spray welding coating under Hilbert fractal path is more consistent, the grain size is more uniform, the difference of the microhardness is smaller.
