摘要
研究了38MnVTi非调质钢在连续冷却过程中的过冷奥氏体转变产物及其性能。通过Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机得到不同冷却速度连续冷却时的膨胀曲线。结合金相法和硬度法获得对应的金相组织和硬度,绘制了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线)。结果表明:当冷却速度小于2℃/s时,转变产物为铁素体和珠光体。当冷却速度等于2℃/s时,出现贝氏体。当冷却速度大于等于5℃/s小于20℃/s时,转变产物为羽毛状的贝氏体和马氏体。当冷却速度等于20℃/s时,转变产物为马氏体。
The supercooled austenite transformation product and its properties of 38MnVTi steel in continuous cooling process were investigated. The dilatometric curve under different cooling speeds in continuous cooling was obtained by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulation testing machine. The corresponding metallographic structure and hardness were obtained by metallographic and hardness method. The CCT diagram of the steel was drawn. The results show that the transformation product is ferrite and pearlite when the cooling rate is less than 2 ℃/s. The bainite appears when the cooling rate is 2 ℃/s. The feathery bainite and martensite appear when the cooling rate is greater than 5 ℃/s and less than 20 ℃/s. The transformation product is martensite when the cooling rate is equal to 20 ℃/s.
