卫生类高职院校学生职业成熟度现状及影响因素分析 被引量:5

Status of occupational maturity of students in health vocational colleges and its influencing factors

摘要 目的研究卫生类高职院校学生的职业成熟度的现状及影响因素,为更好地开展职业生涯规划教育提供依据。方法采用现况调查研究方法,利用一般情况调查问卷、职业成熟度量表对本学院护理专业、助产专业、药品经营与管理专业、医学检验技术专业和康复治疗技术专业2014—2016级857名学生进行问卷调查;采用方差分析和t检验等方法对数据进行统计分析。结果卫生类高职学生职业成熟度总均分为3.23分,职业成熟度总均分在年级、父母文化程度、家庭月收入方面差异均有显著性差异(P<0.05),在学习成绩、担任学生干部、社会实践活动经历、对自我职业生涯进行规划、自我期望值高、开展就业指导活动方面进行比较也具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论卫生类高职生的职业成熟度处于一般水平。职业成熟度与年级、父母文化程度、家庭月收入、学习成绩、担任学生干部、社会实践活动经历、对自我职业生涯进行规划、自我期望值高、开展就业指导活动等方面有关。职业院校提高学生学习成绩、开展专业见习与实习、引导学生利用课余时间承担兼职工作、鼓励并支持学生开展就业创业指导、经常组织学生开展志愿者服务等能积极提升大学生的职业成熟度。 Objective To study the current situation and influencing factors of vocational maturity of health vocational college students,so as to provide the basis for better career planning education. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 857 students( majored in nursing,midwifery,drug management,medical laboratory technique,and rehabilitation treatment technology) in grade 2014,2015 and 216 in north Anhui health vocational college by using the general situation questionnaire and the career maturity scale.One way ANOVA and t test were used to analyze the data. Results Total score of career maturity among health vocational college students was 3.23 points. There were significant differences in the total score of career maturity in grade,parents' education level and family monthly income(P<0.05). There were also significant differences in the total score of career maturity in aspects of academic record,act as a student cadre,social practice activities,self career planning,high self expectations,and carry out employment guidance activities(P<0.01). Conclusions The occupational maturity of health vocational college students is at a general level. Occupation maturity is related to grade,parents' education level,family income,learning achievement,as student leaders,social practice experience,planning for self occupation career,high self expectation,carry out employment guidance activities and so on.Colleges improve the students' learning achievement,carry out professional practice,guide students to use their spare time to take a part-time job,encourage and support students to carry out employment guidance,organize the students to carry out volunteer service regularly could actively enhance the degree occupation maturity of students.
