摘要
目的研究健康教育护理干预对盆腔炎患者的临床价值。方法选择盆腔炎患者作为本次研究病人或研究对象,并采用"电脑随机法"将90例盆腔炎患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施康教育护理干预;对照组、实施常规护理干预,分析两组症状改善时间、健康知识知晓率、性功能指数评分。结果观察组盆腔炎患者腰骶疼痛(12.22±1.32)d、白带量增多(8.16±1.24)d、精神乏力(12.31±1.54)d改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组盆腔炎患者健康知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组盆腔炎患者性功能指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育护理干预对盆腔炎患者具有较高应用价值,值得研究。
Objective To study the clinical value of health education nursing intervention in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the study patients or subjects,and 90 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into two groups,including the observation group,the implementation of Kang education nursing intervention,the control group,and the implementation.Routine nursing intervention,analysis of the two groups of symptom improvement time,health knowledge awareness rate,sexual function index score.Results In the observation group,the lumbosacral pain(12.22±1.32)d,the increase of leucorrhea(8.16±1.24)d,and the mental fatigue(12.31±1.54)d were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.The awareness rate of health knowledge of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The scores of sexual function index of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education nursing intervention has high application value for patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and it is worthy of study.
