摘要
目的:探讨对脑卒中患者进行早期认知功能训练指导的临床效果。方法:将2016年3月至2018年2月在遵义医科大学第五附属(珠海)医院进行治疗的60例脑卒中患者分为Control组(n=30)和Research组(n=30)。对两组患者均进行常规的康复训练指导。在此基础上,对Research组患者进行早期认知功能训练指导。然后,比较两组患者认知功能的评分、日常生活活动能力的评分及运动功能的评分。结果:与Control组患者相比,Research组患者认知功能的评分、日常生活活动能力的评分及运动功能的评分均较高,P<0.05。结论:对脑卒中患者进行早期认知功能训练指导的效果较好,可有效地提高其认知功能、日常生活活动能力及运动功能。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early cognitive function training and guidance for stroke patients. Methods: 60 stroke patients treated in the fifth affiliated hospital of zunyi medical university(zhuhai) from March 2016 to February 2018 were divided into Control group(n=30) and Research group(n=30).Patients in both groups were given routine rehabilitation training guidance. On this basis, patients in the Research group were given early cognitive function training guidance. Then, the scores of cognitive function, daily activity ability and motor function were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with the Control group, the scores of cognitive function, daily life activity ability and motor function in the Research group were all higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion: early cognitive function training can effectively improve the cognitive function, daily activities and motor function of stroke patients.
