摘要
仪器的检出限是衡量速测仪检测灵敏度的重要指标,使用分光光度计型农残速测仪对蔬菜中的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药总量进行快速检测已在基层得到广泛应用。本试验通过提取溶液加标上机测量酶抑制率,进行AYFS-NC0212快速检测仪对氨基甲酸酯类农药检出限的研究。结果表明,该仪器对氨基甲酸酯类农药具有较高的检测灵敏度,符合《蔬菜中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的快速检测》(GB/T5009.199—2003)的相关要求,在氨基甲酸酯类农药残留检测中能发挥有效的监控作用。
The detection limit of the instrument is an important indicator to measure the sensitivity of the rapid tester.The rapid detection of the total amount of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables using spectrophotometer-type pesticide residue tester has been widely used in grassroots. In this experiment,the enzyme inhibition rate was measured with extracting solution plus the standard in the machine,and the detection limit of carbamate pesticides by AYFS-NC0212 rapid detector was carried out.The test results showed that the instrument could effectively monitor the detection of carbamate pesticide residues,for its high sensitivity to the detection of carbamate pesticides,and met the relevant requirements of "Rapid Detection of Organophosphorus and Carbamate Pesticide Residues in Vegetables"(GB/T 5009.199-2003).
