摘要
目的对复方阿替卡因在儿童牙体牙髓无痛治疗当中的效果进行探究。方法该次研究通过从该院于2016年11月-2018年11月间收治的儿童牙体牙髓病患者中进行抽样,方便选取72例患者作为样本进行研究,对照组在进行治疗的过程中,采用利多卡因浸润进行麻醉,观察组则采用复方阿替卡因进行浸润麻醉,对比两组患者的整体效果。结果在该次研究当中,观察组患者通过采用复方阿替卡因进行麻醉之后,患者的无痛率达到了83.33%,而对照组为58.33%,两者之间的差异有统计学意义(χ^2=18.253,P<0.05)。结论从目前在对儿童牙体牙髓病患者进行治疗的过程中,通过采用复方阿替卡因进行治疗,能够更好的实现患者的无痛治疗,实现患者临床麻醉有效率的提升,提升患者的治疗效果,实现患者生活质量的提升,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of compound atecaine in the painless treatment of children's dental pulp. Methods The study was conducted by sampling children from children with dental pulp disease between November 2016 and November 2018. 72 patients were convenient selected as samples for the study. Anesthesia was performed with lidocaine infiltration in the control group, and the observation group was treated with infusion anesthesia with compound ticacaine. The overall effect of the two groups was compared. Results In this study, the analgesic rate of the patients in the observation group was 83.33% after the anesthesia with the compound entecaine, while the control group was 58.33%. The difference between the two was obvious, with significant difference,(χ^2=18.253, P<0.05). Conclusion From the current treatment of children with endodontic diseases, the treatment with compound entecaine can better achieve the painless treatment of patients, improve the clinical anesthesia efficiency, and improve the therapeutic effect as well as the quality of life of patients, which has a high clinical promotion value.
