摘要
建筑工程管理力度不够、建筑工程质量监督体系不健全、建筑工程管理人员的整体水平有待提高等是目前建筑工程管理及施工质量控制方面的现状。提出了提高建筑工程管理及施工质量控制的有效策略,如重视建筑工程管理细节,加强从业人员的安全教育,优化施工管理控制体系。
The current situation of construction project management and construction quality control are that the management of construction project is not enough, the quality supervision system of construction project is not perfect, and the overall level of construction project management personnel needs to be improved. The effective strategies to improve the management and quality control of construction projects are put forward, such as paying attention to the details of construction project management, strengthening the safety education of employees, and optimizing the construction management and control system.
