摘要
目的探讨司坦唑醇对克服在治疗中枢性性早熟患儿促性腺激素释放激素拟似物生长减速时的疗效。方法随机选取2015年5月至2017年5月榆林市第一医院收治的60例中枢性性早熟患儿作为研究对象。依据治疗方法将这些患儿分为促性腺激素释放激素拟似物联合生长激素治疗组(生长激素组)和促性腺激素释放激素拟似物联合司坦唑醇治疗组(司坦唑醇组),每组各30例。对两组患儿的乳房Tanner分期、阴毛分期、生长速度、预测成年身高进行统计分析。结果治疗后与生长激素组相比,司坦唑醇组患儿乳房Tanner分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期比例均显著较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期比例均显著较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组患儿的Ⅴ期比例之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后和生长激素组相比,司坦唑醇组患儿阴毛分期的Ⅰ期比例显著较高,差异具有统计学意(P<0.05),但两组患儿的Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期、Ⅴ期比例之间的差异均不显著,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后和生长激素组相比,司坦唑醇组患儿的生长速度、预测成年身高均显著较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中枢性性早熟患儿促性腺激素释放激素拟似物治疗中的生长减速时司坦唑醇对克服减速的疗效较生长激素好。
Objective To investigate the effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue and stanozolol to overcome the growth retardation in the treatment of children with central precocious puberty. Methods 60 children with central precocious puberty from May 2015 to May 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist combined with growth hormone treatment group(GH group, n=30) and gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue combined with stanozolol treatment group(stanozolol group, n=30). The breast Tanner stages, pubic hair stages, growth rates, predicted adult heights of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment, compared with the stanozolol group, the proportions of stage I breast Tanner and II of the GH group were significantly higher(P<0.05), the proportions of stage III, IV were significantly lower(P<0.05), but the difference in the proportion of stage V between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05). Compared with the GH group, the proportions of stage I pubic hair in stanozolol group was significantly higher(P<0.05), but the difference between the two groups in the proportions of stage II, III, IV, V were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Compared with the GH group, predicted adult height, growth rate were significantly higher in the stanozolol group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusions The effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone analogue combined with stanozolol to overcome the growth retardation in the treatment of children with central precocious puberty is better than growth hormone.
