摘要
对船舶螺旋桨液压螺母的紧固力(力矩)和止动技术进行研究,提出一种新的计算螺旋桨液压螺母紧固力(力矩)的方法与一些新的螺旋桨液压螺母止动方案。将新方法与新方案结合起来应用后,可以解决船舶设计、建造过程中遇到的螺旋桨液压螺母的常见问题。这可为相关研发、设计、建造提供有益的参考和信息,促进船舶螺旋桨液压螺母研发、设计、建造工艺等方面的技术创新。
The tightening force (force moment) and locking technology of propeller hydraulic nut is studied and a new calculation method on tightening force (force moment) and some new locking schemes of propeller hydraulic nut are put forward.Integrated the new calculation method with the new scheme, the common problems of propeller hydraulic nut for ship design and shipbuilding are solved, which supplies beneficial reference and information for research and development, design and engineering, and promotes the innovation in research and development, design and shipbuilding technology of propeller hydraulic nut.
