不同成桩工艺对单桩竖向承载特性影响的现场试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 由于成桩工艺不同,桩基的承载机理和工作性状会有明显差异。通过现场试验,研究了泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩和全套管护壁钻孔灌注桩两种施工工艺对单桩竖向承载特性的影响,以及两种施工工艺对桩身轴力和桩侧阻力发挥的影响规律,同时分析了两种工艺导致的桩基承载力差异。结果表明:全套管全回转钻孔灌注桩的极限承载力是泥浆护壁钻孔桩的1.25倍,桩顶沉降前者比泥浆护壁钻孔桩减小了36%,全套管全回转桩的施工工艺相较于泥浆护壁钻孔灌注桩可以提供更高的桩基承载力。 Because of the difference of construction types of piling, the bearing mechanism and working properties of pile foundation would be apparently different.Through field tests,the influences of two construction techniques,i.e.slurry supporting cast-in-place pile and all casing supporting cast-in-place pile,on the vertical bearing characteristics of single pile and the influences of the two construction techniques on the axial force and lateral resistance of pile are studied.Meanwhile,the difference of bearing capacity of pile foundation caused by the two techniques is analyzed.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the all casing and all rotation cast-in-place pile is1.25 times of that of the slurry supporting cast-in-place pile,the pile top settlement is36 % less than that of the slurry supporting cast-in-place pile and the construction technology of the all casing and all rotation cast-in- place pile can provide higher bearing capacity of the pile foundation than that of the slurry supporting cast-in-place pile.
