摘要
目的:探讨针刺疗法联合电刺激治疗对老年脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床疗效。方法: 78例脑卒中后抑郁患者被随机分为常规治疗组(常规治疗的同时给予健康宣教)和联合治疗组(在常规治疗组基础上采用针刺治疗,同时联合低频电刺激治疗),治疗4周后比较两组患者的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者HAMD评分显著降低,且与常规治疗组比较,联合治疗组降低更显著[(19.72±2.04)分比(14.94±1.86)分], P 均=0.001;联合治疗组临床总有效率显著高于常规治疗组(87.18%比64.1%, P =0.018)。结论:针刺疗法结合低频电刺激治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效显著,值得临床运用。
Objective: To explore therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined electrical stimulation on aged patients with post-stroke depression. Methods: A total of 78 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group (received health education based on routine treatment) and combined treatment group (received acupuncture combined low-frequency electrical stimulation based on routine treatment group). After four-week treatment,score of Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD) and therapeutic effect were compared between two groups. Results: Compared with before treatment,there was significant reduction in HAMD score in two groups after treatment;compared with routine treatment group after treatment,there was significant reduction in HAMD score [(19.72±2.04) scores vs.(14.94±1.86) scores] in combined treatment group, P =0.001 all. Total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of routine treatment group (87.18% vs. 64.1%, P =0.018). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined low-frequency electrical stimulation possesses significant therapeutic effect on post-stroke depression,which is worthy of clinical application.
