摘要
目的 系统评价盆炎净联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病(pelvic inflammatory disease,PID)患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法 计算机检索Cochrane Library、MEDLINE、EMBASE、PubMed、VIP、WanFang database、CNKI、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)及相关数据库,收集国内外公开发表的盆炎净联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎的临床随机对照试验(RCT)。检索年限为1998年1月~2018年4月的英语及中文文献,由两名评价员按照纳入和排除标准,独立评价文献是否纳入,对纳入文献采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果检索符合RCT纳入标准的盆炎净联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病的随机对照试验论文共5篇,总共588例盆腔炎患者。Meta分析结果显示:在总有效率方面,盆炎净联合抗生素组优于抗生素组,2组差异有统计学意义〔RR=1.13,95%CI(1.07,1.20), P <0.0001〕;在痊愈率方面,盆炎净联合抗生素组优于抗生素组,2组差异有统计学意义〔RR=1.62,95%CI(1.30,2.01), P<0.0001〕。在不良反应方面,盆炎净联合抗生素组低于抗生素组,2组差异有统计学意义〔RR=0.34,95%CI(0.20,0.58), P <0.0001〕。结论 初步研究显示,盆炎净联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎安全有效。
OBJECTIVE To systematically assess the clinical effectiveness and safety of Penyanjing in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)with antibiotics.METHODS We conducted electronic searching on the Cochrane Library,MEDLINE,EMBASE,PubMed,VIP,WanFang database,CNKI,CBM and related databases to Collect clinical randomized controlled trials of Penyanjing in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with antibiotics.The search period was from January 1998 to April 2018 in English and Chinese literature.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two evaluators independently assessed whether the literature was included.Meta analysis was included in the literature using RevMan 5.3 software.RESULTS Researching the randomized controlled trials that fit the RCTs inclusion criteria of Penyanjing in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease with antibiotics was 5,total of 588 cases were enrolled.The results of meta-analysis showed that the effective rate of the Penyanjing combined with antibiotic group was significantly higher than that of the antibiotic group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant[RR=1.13,95%CI(1.07,1.20),P<0.0001];In terms of the cure rate,Penyanjing combined with antibiotic group?was significantly higher than the antibiotic group,The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant[RR=1.62,95%CI(1.30,2.01),P<0.0001];In terms of adverse reactions,Penyanjing combined with antibiotic group was significantly lower than the antibiotic group[RR=0.34,95%CI(0.20,0.58),P<0.0001].CONCLUSION Preliminary studies showed that Penyanjing combined with antibiotics is safe and effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
