摘要 伴随着辽河油田不断地深入勘探开发,低品位油藏逐渐扮演着重要的角色,影响着企业的快速增储和增效。以清水洼陷双229块为例,针对所面临的严峻形势,需转变思路,创新思想,通过“一体化模式”创新管理,主要包含整体上体系与项目一体化管理,个体上责任感与专业技术水平一体化提升管理,具体项目上勘探、评价、开发、地质和地震一体化研究管理,依据研究结果,地质与工程、试验与实践一体化实施管理,最终构建了增储增效新机制,形成了增储增效新引擎,挖掘了增储增效新动能,探索了增储增效新举措,有序升级双229等区块块低品位油藏储量、效益动用低品位油藏储量380万吨,不断提高了油田持续增储和增效能力,确保辽河油田1000万吨平稳健康发展。 With the continuous in-depth exploration and development of liaohe oilfield,low-grade oil reservoirs gradually play an important role,affecting the rapid increase of storage and efficiency of enterprises.Water sub-sag,Take Shuang229 block of Qingshui sag as a example,it needs to change ideas and innovative ideas in view of the severe situation faced,which through the"integration model"innovation management,mainly includes overall system and project integration management,individual responsibility and professional and technical level of integration management,exploration-evaluation-development on specific projects management,integration of geological and seismic research.On the basis of research results,reservoir and technology,test and practice,underground and ground integrated management.They finally constructs the basis of synergistic mechanism,form the basis of new engine efficiency,digging the new kinetic energy efficiency and exploring the new measures to increase the basis.The orderly upgrading and the efficient utilization of low-grade reservoir reserves have continuously improved the oilfield s ability to increase storage and efficiency,ensured the stable and healthy development of the oilfield.
