摘要
目的探究单眼激光术式对双眼原发性开角型青光眼患者降眼压的应用效果。方法选取从2013年3月至2015年4月于我院接受双眼原发性开角型青光眼治疗的患者34例(68眼),本次临床研究采用自身对照的方法,在每位患者的双眼使用相同降压药物进行治疗的基础上随机选取患者的一只眼,行单眼激光术,观察患者术后1h的双眼眼压、手术前1h及前后1天、1周、1个月、3个月和6个月双眼用药情况、眼压、房水流畅系数等指标,选用Gloldmann压平眼压计测量患者眼压。结果患者治疗后1h、1天、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月手术的成功率分别为0.00%、61.23%、67.97%、71.02%、75.3 3%、77.37%。在单眼激光术1h后手术眼眼压的下降、未手术的对侧眼眼压的下降、房水系数这三项指标的差异无统计学方面的意义(P>0.05),在单眼激光术1h、1天、1周、1个月、3个月和6个月之后这三项指标的差异均具有统计学方面的意义(P<0.05)。结论对于无法通过药物控制眼压的双眼原发性开角型青光眼患者来说,单眼激光术式具有很好的降眼压作用,对该病的治疗起到了良好的治疗效果。
Objetive To explore the effects of monocular laser surgery on intraocular pressure in patients with primary open angle glaucoma.Methods 34 patients(68 eyes)who were treated with primary open angle glaucoma were selected in our hospital from March 2013 to April 2015.Self-control method was used in our study.Each patient’s eyes were treated with the same anti-hypertensive drugs.One patient’s eyes were randomly selected for monocular laser surgery.The intraocular pressure at 1 hour after operation,1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months of eye medication,intraocular pressure,room water flow coefficient and other indicators were observed.A Gloldmann flattening tonometer was used to measure the patient’s intraocular pressure.Results The success rates of the patients were 0.00%,61.23%,67.97%,71.02%,75.33%and 77.37%respectively after 1 hour,1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months.There was no significant difference in the three indexes between the two groups(P>0.05)at 1 hour after treatment.1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after the treatment,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For those who cannot control the intraocular pressure in the eyes of patients with primary open angle glaucoma,monocular laser surgery may have a good effect of lowering intraocular pressure and play a good therapeutic effect.
