摘要
目的观察模仿婴儿吸吮乳头式干预对母婴分离初产妇泌乳的影响。方法选择在我院新生儿科进行泌乳的202例母婴分离初产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字分组的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各101例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予模仿婴儿吸吮护理。观察并记录两组产妇首次泌乳时间、产后第1、2、3天的泌乳量及产后1周乳房肿胀硬度。结果观察组首次泌乳时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后第1、2、3天的乳汁分泌量均多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后1周乳房肿胀硬度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论模仿婴儿吸吮护理可以明显提高产妇泌乳功能,降低产妇乳房肿胀硬度,有利于产妇后期的哺乳,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of imitating infant sucking nipple intervention on lactation of primipara sparated from infant.Methods A total of 202 primipara sparated from infant who lactated in the neonatology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The primipara were divided into control group and observation group according to random number grouping,with 101 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given imitating infant sucking nursing.The first lactation time,lactation volume on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after delivery,and breast swelling and hardness on the first week after delivery of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The first lactation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lactation volume of the observation group on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day after delivery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The breast swelling and hardness of the observation group was better than that of the control group at one week after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion Imitative infant sucking nursing can obviously improve maternal lactation function and reduce maternal breast swelling hardness,which is beneficial to maternal lactation in later period and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
