摘要
针对未来载人深空探测任务中太空基地建造、设施在轨加工制造、星体资源抵近勘探和原位利用等复杂舱外操作需求,设计了一种微型载人操作舱系统。首先,根据舱外操作任务开展功能和性能需求分析,确定了微型载人操作舱的供配电、环控生保、测控通信等功能基线;然后进行了结构、能源、环控生保、热控等系统设计;最后,通过仿真分析了重量、功耗和任务时间,并与传统舱外活动装备进行了比较。结果表明,微型载人操作舱总重量小于900kg,可容纳1名航天员,单次舱外操作时间大于12h,支持航天员从母体航天器快速进入操作舱执行舱外任务,适用于未来复杂的空间设施建造、资源开发利用和空间站扩展应用任务。
Targeting the extraterrestrial base construction,on-orbit manufacturing and planetary resource utilization in the future human deep-space exploration,the conceptual design of a Mini Operating Manned Spacecraft (MOMS) was proposed.First,according to the requirements of extravehicular activity (EVA),the function and performance analysis was carried out and the baselines for the power supply,environmental control and life support (ECLS),TT&C and communication were determined.Then,the structure,the electrical power,ECLS and thermal control of MOMS were designed.In the end,the core parameters of MOMS including the weight,the power consumption and the operation time were verified by simulation.The results showed that the total weight of MOMS was less than 900 kg and the single operation time was more than 12 hours.MOMS could enable safe and rapid access to the space environment from the host spacecraft.It is suitable for future complex manned explorations and space station applications.
