摘要
从风险的社会角度来看,突发事件网络舆情是以网络为主要媒介,在网络与社会现实的互动中不断放大风险的系统。采用风险的社会放大框架中风险信息的传播和风险的社会反应对突发事件网络舆情的演化机制进行分析,发现政府、媒体和公众是网络舆情风险放大的3大主体,并针对这3大主体对突发事件网络舆情的风险治理提出了建议。
From the social perspective of the risk,emergency network public opinion is a system that takes the network as the main medium and continuously amplifies risks in the interaction between the network and social reality.Risk information dissemination and risk social response in the risk social amplification framework are adopted to analyze the evolution mechanism of network public opinions on emergencies.It is found that the government,media and the public are the three main subjects of network public opinion risk amplification.In view of three main bodies to the emergency network public opinion risk management proposed the suggestion.
