摘要
煤电在为河南省提供充足电力、热力保障的同时,也面临诸多问题和挑战。结合河南省区外来电通道及利用情况、可再生能源发展潜力对河南省电力生产供应结构进行了分析,指出煤电仍是河南省的支撑性电源,在积极引入区外来电力的同时,还需提前规划布局部分煤电项目,该成果可为河南省中长期电力发展战略提供决策参考。
While providing sufficient power and heat for Henan Province,coal power also brings many problems and challenges.This paper analyzed the structure of power production and supply in Henan Province based on the utilization of off-site power channels and the development potential of renewable energy,pointed out that coal power was still the supporting power supply in Henan Province,and some coal power projects should be planned and arranged in advance while introducing power actively from external regions.The results can provide reference for the decision-making of medium and long term electric power development strategy in Henan Province.
