摘要
目的探讨耻骨上辅助经脐微双孔腹腔镜术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床应用效果。方法选择我院于2018年度经确诊为单侧良性卵巢囊肿患者84例,其中采取耻骨上辅助经脐微双孔腹腔镜手术43例作为双孔组,传统三孔腹腔镜手术41例作为多孔组。观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组手术时长、术中出血量、首次排气时间、住院总时长以及对卵巢储备功能的影响差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。然而,与多孔组相比,双孔组能够明显降低术后疼痛感以及提升美容评价,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论耻骨上辅助经脐微双孔腹腔镜术剔除卵巢囊肿手术在没降低卵巢储备功能以及增加治疗成本基础上,能够降低术后疼痛感以及提升美容效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical experiences of suprapubic-assisted umbilical laparoendoscopic mini-dual-site surgery in the treatment of ovarian cystectomy. Methods In total,84 patients who were diagnosed asunilateral benign ovarian cyst and treated in our hospital in 2018 were divided into mini-dual-site group which adopts SAU-LEDS surgery(43 cases)and muti-port group which adopt traditional triple-site laparoendoscopic surgery(41 cases). Compare the efficacy of two groups after the treatments. Result There was no statistical difference in the operation time,blood loss,the postoperative first exhaust time,the length of hospital stay and the effect of ovarian reserve(P > 0.05). Compared with the muti-port group,mini-dual-site group had less postoperative pain but higher cosmetic score,which was showed significantly statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Suprapubic-assisted umbilical laparoendoscopic mini-dual-site surgery in the treatment of ovarian reserve can not only prevent the impairment of the ovarian reserve function and increase of the cost of treatment,but also offer a better cosmetic effect with less postoperative pain,which was worthy of clinical application.
