摘要
回顾了社区综合养老服务设施在我国的发展历程,并对近年出台的国家相关政策、以京沪为代表的地方性标准及规范进行了整理。基于对我国现有社区综合养老设施的长期调研,文章总结了此类设施在推广中面临的主要问题及相应的解决策略,提出了社区综合养老设施应从“嵌入社区”向着“融入社区”转变的设想。
This article reviews the development process of community comprehensive elderly service facilities in China,and sorts out the relevant national policies and local standards and norms represented by Beijing and Shanghai in recent years.Based on the longterm research on the existing community comprehensive elderly service facilities in China,this article summarizes the main problems and corresponding solutions in the promotion of such facilities,and proposes the concept that the comprehensive community elderly service facilities should be transformed from"Embedded into Communities"to"Blended into Communities".
