摘要
非正式组织作为企业组织结构的重要组成部分,其内部成员之间的消极情绪传递对本组织乃至整个企业的运营管理都会造成较大影响。在论证采用传染病模型研究非正式组织内消极情绪传递规律可行性的基础上,构建非正式组织内消极情绪传递的SIRS模型,验证消极情绪传递平衡点的存在性与稳定性,并通过数值仿真证明了模型的稳态特征,最后结合消极情绪再生数表达式给出了管理建议。
As an important part of organizational structure,informal organization has a great influence on the organization and even the whole enterprise operation and management.On the basis of demonstrating the feasibility of negative emotion transmission in informal organization by using epidemic model,constructing a SIRS model of negative emotion transmission in informal organization,verifying the existence of negative emotion transmission balance and stability,and through the numerical simulation proves that the state characteristics of the model is steady,finally management advice is given combining with negative emotions reproductive number expression.
