摘要 针对高速铁路有砟轨道施工组织的关键技术展开研究,结合银吴高铁施工面临的工期紧、要求高、气候条件差等不利因素,论述高速条件下有砟轨道施工的工艺流程,并针对关键工序提出质量保证措施。在综合比较有砟高铁和无砟高铁轨道结构技术特征的基础上,提出有砟高铁轨道施工应重点围绕高平顺性、高稳定性和高可靠性组织实施;系统性阐述了施工准备、预铺道砟、长轨铺设、上砟整道、捣固稳定、长轨焊接、放散锁定、精捣精调等完整施工工艺及质量控制措施,为在建工程和其它相关线路工程提供参考。 In the paper, the author studies the key technology of construction organization of ballast track in high-speed railway, discusses the process flow of ballast track construction under high-speed condition by combining the unfavorable factors such as tight construction period, high requirements and poor climatic conditions faced by construction of Yinchuan-Wuzhong High-speed Railway, and puts forward the quality assurance measures for key processes. Based on a comprehensive comparison of the technical characteristics of track structure between ballast and ballastless high-speed rail, it is proposed that the construction of ballast high-speed rail should focus on high smoothness, high stability and high reliability. And then, the complete construction technologies and quality control measures are xepounded systematically, such as construction preparation, prelaying ballast-bearing track, long track laying, ballast-bearing track finishing, tamping and stabilization, long track welding, releasing and locking, and fine tamping and fine adjustment, which could provide important reference for construction under construction and other related line projects.
