山东省汉族人群牙周表型的实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental on periodontal biotype of Han population in Shandong province

摘要 目的:调查山东省汉族人群上颌前牙牙周表型,测量其牙冠宽长比(crown width/crown length,CW/CL)、附着龈宽度(attached gingival width,AGW)、龈乳头高度(papilla height,PH)、牙龈角度(gingival angle,GA)和牙龈厚度(gingival thickness,GT)。方法:招募山东省汉族志愿者,通过能否透过牙龈看到探针轮廓,分为薄型和厚型。取上颌前牙的印模,在模型上测量CW/CL、PH、AGW和GA值。结果:在山东汉族人群中薄型占59.63%,厚型占40.37%;平均CW/CL为(0.77±0.10),平均PH为(3.97±1.03)mm,平均AGW为(4.91±1.40)mm,平均GA为GA为(76.25±12.16)°。薄型CW/CL、AGW和GA值均小于厚型。结论:山东省汉族人群不同牙周生物型CW/CL、AGW和GA有差异。 Objective:To investigate the periodontal biotypes of the maxillary anterior teeth,and explore related anatomic parameters,including crown width/crown width radio(CW/CL),attached gingival width(AGW),gingival angle(GA)and gingival thickness(GT)in the Han population in Shandong province.Methods:Volunteers of Han population in Shandong province were recruited.Two kinds of periodontal biotypes that thin-type and thick-type,were assessed according to transparency of periodontal probe through gingival margin in maxillary central incisor.The impressions of maxillary anterior teeth were taken and CW/CL,PH,AGW,GA and GT were measured on the model.Results:In Han population in Shandong province,59.63% persons were thin-type,and only 40.37% were thick-type.Mean CW/CL was(0.77±0.10),PH was(3.97±1.03)mm,AGW was(4.91±1.401)mm and GA was(76.25±12.16)°.The CW/CL,AGW and GA of thin-type were all smaller than the think-type.Conclusion:The CW/CL,AGW and GA of different periodontal biotypes in Han population in Shandong province are different.
